Professional Development Continual Program (PDCP) Training 2022

Posted in Maple Bear Singapore / Trainers & Teachers on Saturday, July 30th, 2022

MapleBear Singapore held a fruitful Professional Development Continual Program (PDCP) on 4 July 2022.

In line with the theme ‘A time to move ahead’, Chief Executive, Mrs Patricia Koh, kicked off the program with an opening address encouraging teachers to adopt innovative approaches designed to achieve meaningful results in early childhood education.

Some 1,040 participants, including teachers, owners, administrative and support staff, received training on topics ranging from the latest educational practices to pedagogical leadership.

In Mrs Koh’s closing statement, she urged all staff to raise their commitment level in sharing care and concern for our Maple Bear children. She inspired all to take the bold step and overcome challenges to grow, like a young eaglet plucking up the courage to fly off on a life-long journey of learning.
