Located in the urban oasis of Hillview’s residential enclave, Maple Bear Hillview occupies 10,000 square feet of space which houses well-equipped classrooms, a performing arts studio and a unique indoor playground designed by award winning designers, Ministry of Design. In line with the Movement Framework by Rudolf Laban, the rock climbing wall, trampoline, target spots as well as multi-coloured arenas were intentionally included to aid in the strategic development of gross motor skills.   Our dedicated team of creative teachers are led by experienced Principal, Miss Maggie Tan who continually rejuvenates the space by conjuring up imaginative pretend play corners and unique learning experiences that make coming to school every day a delight.   Our children also enjoy weekly visits to the nearby community garden where they help to care for the papaya trees and vegetable plots.

First of all, I've to say that the staff at MapleBear Hillview are amazing! Everyone is so chirpy and ready to take on the day greeting our kids in the morning. Every teacher knows every kid, and not just by their name. I’ve heard comments about a kid's new haircut, new bag, birthday, etc. It is amazing how attentive and involved they are.
My daughter went to MapleBear Hillview when they first opened at 17-months old. I can honestly say that she has had the best kindie experience a school could've offered! Our son now attends MapleBear and is loving it too.
From daily photo updates on the school app, to how conflicts/accidents are handled, I'm so impressed at how great our teachers are!
My daughter adapted smoothly to Primary 1 and I know her MapleBear teachers played a huge role in preparing her for formal education.
We are glad our kids have had the luxury to grow and learn in such a loving and encouraging environment.

Dropping a short note to tell you how happy we are with Euan's ever-expanding vocabulary in both English and Mandarin! Maplebear's bilingual program is very helpful in cultivating both languages in school.
