This first-ever global conference saw an expanded list of attendees that included school owners and faculty from across the globe, as well as Maple Bear’s international partners, reflecting the organization’s expansive reach and influence in the field of education.
The conference was attended by partners and school owners from diverse regions including Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Bulgaria, Serbia and Ukraine. This assembly of global educators engaged in deep discussions about the future of education, shared insights on pedagogical innovations, and explored new strategies to meet the evolving educational needs of students worldwide.
A highlight of the event was the recognition of Maple Bear Singapore for its outstanding contributions as they received two prestigious awards: the Brand Distinction 2024 Award for maintaining a high quality of education across more than 50 schools in Singapore’s dense market of 5.6 million people, as well as the Social Responsibility 2024 Award for its exceptional efforts in organizing the Terry Fox Run, which successfully raised SGD 189,000 for cancer research in 2023.
Adding to the conference’s richness, Maple Bear Asiawide’s Education Ambassador, Mrs. Patricia Koh, participated in a panel discussion, providing valuable insights drawn from her extensive experience in education.
