Maple Bear Penang, formerly known as The Learning Garden with her 20 years of track record – is reputed to be one of the best early childhood education centres in Penang. The founders of The Learning Garden, Mr Chow Chee Keong, whose passion for children and their wholesome development is well-known, and his wife, Ms. Chia Kien Eng, a highly sought-after speech pathologist with a private hospital here, built The Learning Garden to be a centre of excellence for pre-schoolers since her inception in 1999. Children who’ve walked through the doors of The Learning Garden have only good memories of their time here.
