Maple Bear Sembawang Springside is like a second home to my daughter where she made her first group of friends, learned a lot in a short period of time, developed a love for learning the Chinese language, and took many fun trips outside of school.
The teachers are always cheerful and diligent. They work hard not only on teaching the kids, but also on cultivating good practices such as drinking water, washing hands, etc. I am also so thankful for the timely communication. I could see how much fun and learning was going on in the classroom every day. The school also conducts thorough health check-ups in the morning to ensure the kids stay healthy.
Sasha has become more confident, friendly, and independent. The creative science and art projects in school have nurtured her curiosity and logical thinking. We are happy that we started our daughter’s education here and for the wonderful learning journey that she has had at Maple Bear.

Sophia never enjoyed going to school in the past and we eventually withdrew her from her previous school. However, ever since we enrolled her with Maple Bear, we have seen such a positive change in her! She would tell us how much she loves her school, teachers and friends! Impressively, her Mandarin has also improved tremendously!

Wonderful childcare centre! The staff are warm, knowledgeable, and caring. Our boys, aged 2 and 4, feel safe, loved and happy at ‘school’. The staff helps us celebrate birthdays, they remember the kids’ preferences and even provide nutritious yummy meals which accommodate their allergies.
The centre is clean and inviting, and the staff communicate very well and provide numerous, detailed daily updates.
The syllabus is academically rigorous, fun, and engaging for my boys. My children love to tell me what they have learned at school, and ask to do the same activities at home!
As a Swedish/British expat family, we are so happy that our kids feel at home in this inclusive environment. We also love their use of bilingual immersion education, where the topics taught in English are reinforced in Mandarin.

We like the cleanliness of the school and the open communication between the teachers, principal, directors, and parents. The syllabus was communicated to us consistently and taught using various teaching methods to make lessons more interesting. Our son showed more interest in Mandarin after attending Maple Bear Sembawang Springside.
What we loved most were the regular updates from his teachers which we would talk about with our son after school. We even decided to stop bringing our son to enrichment classes as we were confident that the school is teaching him well, which in turn allowed us to have more bonding time with him. We highly recommend Maple Bear Sembawang Springside!
